A magical place. Love the history and the family tradition. The sky at night and the peaceful surrounds, even the Apostle birds came to say hello. A delightful unexpected end to our short stay - sheep being brought in for shearing. If we are this way again we would certainly return.

Fantastic base for our group from Retire Active SA walking and finishing the Heysen Trail (yah!). Great place to come back to after a day of walking - relaxing around the fire, or on the verandah enjoying the views. On our rest day some of us did the Skytrek drive, omg... what an amazing experience, others walked some of the trails around the station - beautiful. We all loved every bit of it and will recommend it to family and friends

We enjoyed our stay at Skytrek, the scenery is beautiful especially the River Red Gums. After studying Hans Heysen I have always wanted to visit the Flinders Ranges. The experience has been very special for myself and my husband. Thank you to Carmel for all the maps and advice on travel which we used everyday. The cottage was very well equipped.

Nice cosy place in beautiful setting. We feel like we packed in plenty in the 3 days we have been here with great recommendations from Michelle. Driving through Brachina Gorge and Bunyeroo Gorge was spectacular and learning about so much history & culture. Fitting in great hike at Blinman Pools! Topped off with a traditional cornish pasty at Miner's Crib and couple of beers at the Blinman Hotel. So much beautiful wildlife in our own backyard!! Congrats to the Reynolds Family.

The highlight of our stay at Willow Springs was the huge expanse of sky & billions of stars on display in the evening as we sat around the fire. A good base for our re-visiting of the beautiful Flinders Ranges. Highly recommend the Hills Homestead/Wangarra Lookout Walk at Wilpena Pound. We do not have a 4x4 so we found many of the roads rough-going, especially the Moralana Scenic Drive & Brachina Gorge. Recommend the Cultural Tour at Dingley Dell conduced by Christian Coulthard (Michelle recommended him). We learnt so much about the local indigenous connection with this land and the stories that go with it. Thanks for a great stay.

What can we say? Willow Springs is like a big hug with amazing views. We felt at home straight away, arriving a day early for our booking and being instantly welcomed. The cottage and its quirks charmed us and provided the perfect base to explore the flinders. We loved our time here, the perfect rest in between weeks of travel. We will be back! Thank you so much for everything.

Well stocked kitchen, love the 'food scraps' and recycling facilities. Impressed by cleanliness and functionality of all things provided. Love the free coffee pods & adequate supply of fire wood! Loved the local knowledge shared. Would 100% recommend and come back again.

Just right! Great use of station facilities and repurposing equipment to help build the infrastructure needed - alot of holiday destinations could take a leaf out of your book about professionalism and hospitality.

​Had a great time at 'Joes Camp' and enjoyed the station loop walk and the Aboriginal Carvings. Stayed 4 nights, amazing location, great unwind. This is what life is about - AWESOME! Great camp kitchen, great hosts and fantastic hot showers. Thanks for sharing your station with us.

Jack and I (Brie) had an amazing time on the Skytrek Track. We saw some wedgies and euros and plenty of xanthorreas. We stayed at Corella Camp. Thanks for such a detailed itinerary on the track, we loved it! Until next ... @80series_domination

Despite the drought, despite Coronavirus, Michelle, Brendan and Carmel took us in! We have had 6 very restful days here enjoying the walks and other drives around the ranges. Del and Sue have been fun, despite the social distancing, and the facilities are very well present and maintained. Being the only campers left has been a benefit! Thank you.
